Something explaining how you always can’t program months in advance. People get sick, they get hurt, they have sore vaginas
-Here’s some more fodder for your blog: I think I have a cold. It isn’t much and I’m not letting it mess up my first good workout since I’ve been here, but how sick does one have to be for a workout to do more harm than good? Thought just kinda ran across my mind this morning.
TG: Easy answer——-don’t be a giant vagina head. I know YOU’RE not. But it often amazes me how people will make the lamest excuses not to train. Granted, there ARE times you should listen to your body. However, I can only remember once in the past four year where I’ve missed a scheduled training session because I wasn’t feeling well. That’s not to say that I haven’t felt like asscrack one day and had to tweak my session a bit. But in the grand scheme of things, it would take a lot for me to miss a session.
