Show and Go on Sale (Like WHOA)

Share This:

Oh yes ladies and gents, you read that correctly:  Eric Cressey’s best selling product, Show and Go:  High Performance Training To Look, Feel, and Move Better is on sale from now until midnight Friday, October 28, for 50% off the original price.  For those mathematically challenged, that’s half off.  If you don’t believe me, just click HERE.

See, I told you.

Now, for some, you may be wondering to yourself “why?”  Well, why not?  Why is the sky blue?  Why is water wet?  Why do people listen to Coldplay?  Okay, that’s actually a really good question.  But, outside of that, don’t ask questions, just go with it!

Eric will tell you it’s because the World Series is kicking into high-gear, and he just wants to tell people how much he appreciates their support and readership.  Both are undoubtedly great reasons.  I say it’s because my 35th birthday is right around the corner (ahem, November 30th), and he’s just jealous that I have less hair than he does.

Okay, that’s wishful thinking on my part.  In actuality, and this is something that he and I have discussed on numerous occasions,  Show and Go is about as close as you can get to experiencing Cressey Performance without actually setting foot inside the facility itself.  In short, if you can’t train at a gym with some attitude, you can at least bring the attitude to your gym!

More to the point, though, is the fact that, as someone who’s been BFF with EC for quite some time (not to mention we’re business partners), I know how much time and effort he puts into writing his programs.  All told, he spent roughly a full year tweaking the entire program before he actually released it the first time through.

And, speaking frankly, the bulk of programs you’ll find on the internet are utter garbage.  In a time where any joker with a laptop and digital camera can claim himself to be a world renown coach, and as such, a program writing ninja, talk is cheap.   How many of those same gurus actually train ANYONE in person – let alone upwards of 70+ professional athletes during one off-season?

Trust me:  I’ve seen my fair share of these so-called “programs,” and to say that a ham sandwich could come up with something better would be an understatement.

Moreover, almost unequivocally, I can say that I have yet to hear about anyone NOT making drastic improvements in their strength, athletic performance, movement quality, and/or physique completing Show and Go in its entirety.  Literally, Eric has hundreds (if not thousands) of emails and testimonials to back it up.   How many of the aforementioned internet gurus can claim that?

Summing up, Eric has some pretty sweet bonuses in store for those who act quickly (namely, a free LIVE Q and A for those who purchase within the first 24 hours), so be sure to take advantage as soon as you can.

To help sweeten the deal, however, I’m going to toss in some incentive too.

For starters you need to purchase Show and Go HERE.

Secondly, email your receipt to tgentilcore18@yahoo.com, and I’ll enter you into a drawing to win one of the following:

  • A copy of Muscle Imbalances Revealed – Upper Body ($147 value)
  • A 5×7 autographed picture of me (Priceless).  Shirtless option (even more priceless).
  • One month of distance coaching ($279 value)

Who’s that winning?  It’s you, that’s who!

Did what you just read make your day? Ruin it? Either way, you should share it with your friends and/or comment below.

Plus, get a copy of Tony’s Pick Things Up, a quick-tip guide to everything deadlift-related. See his butt? Yeah. It’s good. You should probably listen to him if you have any hope of getting a butt that good.

I don’t share email information. Ever. Because I’m not a jerk.

Tony, I am wanting to buy Show and Go right now, but I work out in my garage and recently sold my squat rack due to the fact that I am moving into an apartment. I was wondering if I would be able to complete the Show and Go programs with only 2 oly barbells, dumbbell handles, about 500# of oly weight, a dumbbell bench, pull-up bar, push up handles, and a 35# and 50# kettlebell? If I can make equivalent substitutions using this equipment, then Ill buy Show and Go today. Thanks in advance.

Man, I think it would be so awesome to have a garage gym to train in!!!! I'd totally be playing some old school Tribe Called Quest and making my neighbors hate me. Not having a squat rack throws a monkey wrench into things. You'll still be able to do all the deadlifting, but the squatting is out (single leg stuff instead). So yeah, I think it's doable.

@Scott: BUY IT!!! Sorry for the needless exaggeration, but I bought the program within moments of it becoming available initially. (Less neuroticism than my utter belief in CP programming overall.) Let me just say that the results have been impressive beyond what I thought possible. And I don't mean just physique changes. I move better, look better, feel better and have increased strength well beyond anything I ever attained using other programs. Because there are demos for each exercise, you'll learn a great deal while learning how to do things correctly. Also, the mobility drills and explanations given for various movements in the book will make you feel like you are stealing. What's more, EC has included exercise modifications/replacements for those of us who might lack for equipment. Sounds tailor-made for you. RS

Tony, you owe R Smith a picture of yourself, autographed with your shirt off cause he just convinced me to buy Show and Go. I didn't really need convincing, as I have been eying this product for a long time, but R Smith just gave me to push I needed. Thanks guys.

To be completely honest, I am very glad that there is a 2x/week template in the "bonus" section. While 2x/week is definitely not ideal, I'm 6 months out from my wedding and all the planning/time with the fiance doesn't lend too much free time after work. Ill be hitting those to workouts as hard as I can, while continuing my a modified PLP program on the days between (2-3 sets of each on off days, depending on how my body feels)

I gave the 2x/week workouts a try as well during my busiest months. Felt/saw no appreciable drop off in strength, performance. In nearly two years of following Eric's and Tony's programming, I've found them to require just one thing to be successful: effort.

I was one of the guinea pigs for Show and Go...all the hype is true. It was truly an amazing program. I would wholeheartedly suggest buying it.
