Strong Body-Strong Mind Workshop: Dublin, Ireland
Tony Gentilcore and Dr. Lisa Lewis are excited to bring their popular 1-day Strong Body-Strong Mind Workshop to Dublin, Ireland this summer.
—> Shut Up & Take My Money <—
This is a great opportunity for fitness professionals to dig a little deeper into acquiring the skills that will actually create change and help build improved client rapport and retention.
What “bogs” most fitness professionals down and causes the most anxiety isn’t the x’s and o’s of program design and assessment or knowing the in’s and out’s of deadlift technique and how to improve scapular upward rotation.
What stresses most of us out is our clients’ baggage and not possessing the “soft” skills necessary as a coach to handle it.
The Strong Body, Strong Mind Workshop is the only workshop of it’s kind that combines the two worlds:
- That of a fitness professional (personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, physical therapist, etc)
- As well as that of a bonafide DOCTOR of psychology (and not just someone who calls themself a “mindset coach” because they read a book once).
You’ll listen to Dr. Lewis speak on actionable strategies fit pros can use right away to work around unmotivated individuals, clients who have a hard time with boundaries and negative self-talk, as well as how to cultivate improved competency and autonomy for better results on the gym floor.
Tony will break down how he assesses his clients/athletes as well as troubleshoot common strength training exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and overhead pressing to help fitness professionals better better utilize the mantra of the TRAINABLE MENU (focusing on what your clients CAN do rather than what they can’t).
