This is a great opportunity for fitness professionals to dig a little deeper into acquiring the skills that will actually create change and help build improved client rapport and retention.

What “bogs” most fitness professionals down and causes the most anxiety isn’t the x’s and o’s of program design and assessment or knowing the in’s and out’s of deadlift technique and how to improve scapular upward rotation.

No.

What stresses most of us out is our clients’ baggage and possessing the “soft skills” necessary as a coach to address things you DON’T learn in a textbook.

Strong Body:

  • Do you struggle with OVER assessing your clients to death and end up frustrated by what to do with them?
  • Do you focus more on what clients’ CAN’T do rather than what they CAN? How can you find their trainable menu?
  • Do you struggle with how to best “scale” the squat and deadlift to best fit the needs, goals, and ability level of your clients?

Strong Mind:

  • Do your clients tell you they “lost” or don’t have motivation?
  • Do you struggle to stay positive and feel productive with some of your “tricky” clients?
  • Are you getting burnt out by your stuck, frustrated, difficult clients?
  • Can negative, pessimistic clients suck the energy and enjoyment right out of your coaching?
I KNOW you all answered yes to at least one of the above. Lisa is an expert in that department and she’s helped countless fitness professionals and gyms to learn the skills necessary to help with everything listed above. This is stuff we DO NOT learn in school or in textbooks, and I’d argue it’s these “soft skills of coaching” that are the most important and what separates the good coaches from the great ones.
This ONE-DAY workshop will cover all of that (and more).
