Strength training can be an intimidating process. Like, what’s a barbell? What do you do with dumbbells? Is a deadlift nothing more than a sad squat? The Beginner to Badass program is designed to teach you the basics and to build more competency and consistency with strength training. If you end up beating Jason Bourne in a street fight by the end that’s a bonus.
