We’re still recovering from all the torrential downpours we had in the Boston area over the weekend. I’ve had to go through at least three detours to and from work this week from all the flooding. On the bright side, though, the rest of the week looks spectacular. Which is to say, SUN’s OUT, GUNS OUT!!!!!

Going to keep this brief today because I’ve been sitting in front of my computer all morning putting the finishing touches on this deadlift article I’ve been working on. That said, Nia Shanks posted the last two parts of my interview with her over at her site.
