I’ve always made the best progress in my own training whenever I’ve had someone else write my programs.

We’re creatures of habit and often gravitate to what we like to do, and not necessarily what we need to do.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, strength training, trying to work around a past/current injury, preparing for the zombie apocalypse, or you’re just tired of not seeing results, I’d love to help!

Online Coaching/Consulting Makes Sense

If you hired a personal trainer at your local gym you’re looking at anywhere from $80-$120 per SESSION. That can add up rather quickly, and even then….you’re not entirely sure what your money is buying.

Are you sure the trainer or coach you hired is giving you an individualized program that specifically meets your needs, wants and goals…or is it just how he or she trains all their clients, or worse is just something they’re copying/pasting out of a magazine?

You’re mother was right, you are different/special/a unique snowflake, and you deserve to be treated that way.

As a coaching client of mine, here’s what you will receive:

1. Monthly programs that are catered to YOU and YOUR goals. Each program includes soft-tissue/myofascial release techniques, corrective training (if warranted), flexibility (dynamic and static warm-up), activation work, strength training, conditioning, and recovery work.

2. Access to email as well as my extensive video database/library to showcase proper technique and form for any exercise or movement you’re not familiar with and to ensure your safety.

3. Technique touch-ups. Whether it’s via Skype consultation (an additional cost) or via DropBox, I’ll be able to offer audio feedback on videos you send my way.

4. Spontaneous invites to listen to my latest EDM playlists. I may or may not be kidding.
