You could say I like to write about deadlifts. Well that, and zombies. Or zombies fighting ninjas. Or how adorable my cat is, which has nothing to do with zombies.

Oh, and speaking of cats……cats vs. zombies.

But mostly I like to write about deadlifts.1

    So glad you mention about the mixed grip. I've been doing exactly as you say - warming up as far as I can with overhand grip then mixing it when grip's been a problem. I swear this has helped my arm to improve quite rapidly (I broke my humerus 7 months ago and was in a brace for 14 weeks) both in terms of range of motion and strength. I'm already less than 20kgs off where I was a couple of days before I broke it.

      Awesome Kate. Glad to see you're making progress. Also, on an aside, I'm coming to London this August. My wife and I are doing a Strong Body-Strong Mind 2-day workshop. Stuff is still being hashed out, but excited to come back. More details to follow soon. Hope maybe we can meet in person.

        I look forward to the details. I will have to see how finances and dates work as that's in school holidays, we have a wedding to attend in August, and my eldest is starting secondary school in September. (My life = never simple).
