I have to admit that when I received an email from Jaxon to appear on his podcast I had reservations.
Me?
On a vegan podcast?1
“Jaxon, you know I eat meat, right? I have a beef jerky of the month subscription for crying out loud! I don’t know if I’d be the right fit for your audience.”
I was assured, however, that we wouldn’t be touching on anything specific to nutrition and that all Jaxon really wanted to discuss was how “regular” people can go about training like athletes and how I go about progressing exercises and programs.

It was a nice episode, even if vegan. I'm eating meat and plant foods in balance. I'm often looking for new core trainings, because my core muscles have to be very strong, when I have a lot of Zumba training during the day. The Zumba classes are the cardio workouts, so I need the additionally core trainings. Thanks for the article.December 16, 2021 at 6:41 pm |
