Adductors need some love too. . If there’s a muscle group that’s most neglected I’d make a case for the adductors. . Here’s a nifty drill I’ve been using myself prior to squatting (and with a few of my clients) that I got from, crap, I don’t remember. Maybe @meghancallaway ? . I’m using an @nt.loop and a @valslide and making magic happen.
