I’m a big fan of incorporating the 2/1 Technique with a variety of exercises. . It’s proven that we can handle more load/weight during the eccentric (lengthening) portion of the lift compared to the concentric (muscular shortening). . Here’s how to use the 2/1 Technique with the inverted row. . ✅ Pull up with 2 arms. . ✅ Lower with 1. . ✅ 2/1 Technique. Get it?
