Core Engaged Glute March. . This doozy comes courtesy of strength & conditioning coach @vernongriffith4 and is a splendid drill to perform prior to your lower body sessions. . It works anterior chain (helps to promote canister position, or rib cage stacked on top of pelvis) in addition to posterior chain (GLUTES, yo). . Objective is to keep the hips level throughout (and not allow your shirt to creep up during the set). . Legit warmup.
